SERVICE AND SUPPORT:
I3 Technology places extraordinary emphasis on providing ongoing support
for our customers. We have both telephony and data/networking experts on
staff. All of our own web, e-mail, ftp, vpn, file and print servers as well
as our Voice over IP converged network and, of course, our telephone system
has been designed, installed and maintained by our in-house technical
staff. If a problem develops in your mission critical voice or data
infrastructure, the I3 Technology Group stands ready to take ownership of
that problem - and "make it go away"!
Telephone Support:
Telephone support is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00

Web-based Remote Support:
Web-based remote support is
available by appointment. This service allows an I3 Technician to connect
to your PC based/administered system over the internet and operate it
remotely; saving time, travel and expense. Click Here to

24/7 Support:
We all know that unexpected emergency and system outages can
occur. In the unlikely event this would happen to your technology
solutions, I3 Technology Group offers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week support.
All support phone calls will be transfered to a certified technician to
help resolve your urgent situation. After hours and holiday responses are
billed at our overtime rate.
Installation:
Complete design and implementation services tailored to the customer’s
needs. Installation is available at the customer’s convenience during
normal working hours or even evenings and weekends, to reduce downtime to
an absolute minimum.
